Women
are solely responsible for children in family set up , there fore , they find it to hard to
protect their own children from their female center parts ‘ revenge , Once men choose to change their marital patterns’ tastes and preference .
It
should be noted that, Uganda registers both law recognized marital status and
non law recognized marital status [cohabitation]
,
There
fore, it’s very hard, for women involved
in cohabitation to protect the third party (children ) by the law solely , especially
if their relation with their
children’s father [s] is no
more .
In this case , children becomes victims of circumstance , as either newly
or past rejuvenated marital counter part to their mothers , take
advantage of station and pass their revenge
through them by
either denying them a right to
benefit their fatherly social and finance
support ( emotional abuse ) or punishing them several for their mothers ‘ deeds (physical abuse )
On contrary, According to 16th annual human right report,
